This was my home away from home for two weeks. The front desk staff were cordial, and the housekeeping team was both readily available and courteous. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was relatively clean upon arrival I’m quite particular about cleanliness. The towels were fresh, though a bit stiff, possibly from being rewashed. The bedding was comfortable, though the pillows, while looking plush, were flatter than expected.nI would recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience. It's ideally located close to the 404 and 407 highways, making it easy to get around. All in all, it was a very good experience!
I like the atmosphere of the hotel, it’s clean and welcoming, however, the pools are too small and I couldn’t swim because it was overcrowded and it takes a long time to get to the pool. This was something I really wanted to do and didn’t get to this stay unfortunately.nAlso, weirdly in our room, one bed was so comfy and soft and the other one was hard and cheap and springy and uncomfortable, definitely not what you’d expect from a good hotel such as this.nIt’s so weird the blankets are also so thin and appear dirty a little inside of them, I don’t know if that’s from wear and tear or what.nAlso too many kids screaming and the walls are thin so we could hear them all night long but they are kids and it’s not really their fault.nThe rest of the room is clean besides finding a piece of dog kibble on the floor.nThe tv is nice and big and makes watching TV and movies a good experience.nThe bathroom is very nice and clean, spacious and very nice, modern and clean. I also really like the little nightlight in there, very convenient.nThe lighting is nice and the room is very spacious.nThose were just some of the good and bad things I’ve noticed about the placenAlso there is a Starbucks downstairs which is perfect for me in the mornings and they make some of the best drinks from a Starbucks I’ve ever had and all the staff there is nice too.nnSo overall , there is more good than badnBut the bed situation really bothered me considering the price we pay to stay here.nnBreakfast was good for a hotel breakfastnStaff is also super nice in this hotel and accommodating. It definitely brightens my day with their kindness.nOverall, I would probably return.
The service is amazing. I have been there multiple times on conferences and other meetings. The ever ready service is caring and giving! The food is great, the people working there are consistently smiling and going the extra mile for you. An experience I had this morning when I missed their wake up call, they came to the room I was staying at to make sure we were okay, and then they called again to double sure were definitely fine. The food is warm, and cooked with love and the tastes are seasoned with richness.nnThey help quickly with accidents and if I need any help carrying my plate, or understanding where something is they are there in a flash. They have this way of just giving like its Christmas every day!
Our stay at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto overall was pleasant.nnThe rooms were clean and comfortable. The walls are quite thin, and we could hear our neighbors throughout the night.nnThe outdoor parking lot is small, but there is a large indoor lot attached. Parking was never an issue.nnThe on-site fitness room was also small, but you could walk through a labyrinth to access the gym facility next to the Best Western, giving you access to racquetball courts, another pool, and more workout equipment.nnLocation is fantastic, with loads of food options nearby. You do need a car, though. The roads are also quite busy during rush hour, and we could hear plenty of cars honking from our room.nnStayed November 2024
As a frequent traveler, I’ve experienced my fair share of hotels, but Sheraton Parkway definitely deserves the five stars! The price is exceptional, and the location is perfect—close to everything without the chaos. One thing that really stood out was the smooth check-in process; no long lines, and the staff were impressively fast and efficient.nThe hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable and clean. Honestly, it felt more luxurious than some four or five-star hotels I’ve stayed at, but for a much better price. Plus, the free parking was a fantastic perk, especially in this location!nI’ll definitely be coming back, although next time, I’ll be sure to avoid room 560 near the elevator—it was a bit noisy. Other than that, the hotel is stylish, modern, and truly a fantastic place to stay
