All was as expected with a Holiday Inn Express we find them a good value and frequently book them however, this one presented difficulty getting up and down to our room. The building is 10 floors and there are 2 elevators. One was out for the whole time we were there, and from what other guests have said it has been out a long time. The other one sounds horrible. There are all kinds of noises coming from the shaft as it goes up and down. And there are times it too was out of service forcing guests to climb up to 10 floors which is not safe for many guests. This is a health hazard.
Pretty standard hotel with decent amenities. Breakfast and parking are included which is nice. Rooms are a bit on the small side, and there was no microwave in the room. The fridge was also tiny and didn't have a freezer portion.nNot ideal for someone travelling and bringing their own food. The fan doesn't stay on the AC unit, it kept going back to auto mode and shutting off. There was only one elevator working for part of the day which made for many stairs or long waits. Service was fine but I didn't really interact with any staff besides during check in.
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, with welcoming and friendly staff.nThe room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were enjoyable and well-maintained.nOverall, it’s a good place to stay and we would recommend it!
Great stay! Pool is clean and stays open late! Gym is 24 hours. Rooms are clean and smell super good. Sam the manager is wonderful and accommodating. Highly recommend
Had a pleasant stay here at this hotel. Rooms were big, staff at the reception were polite and helpful, the breakfast was simple and enough to start the day. They also have a gym and access to pool facilities.
