First time staying with this company and I’m really impressed. I was able to check in early around 12pm vs the original 4pm. The staff was extremely nice. The breakfast was really good as well. I rented this for an exam and it was quiet and spacious ! Will definitely stay here again!
first visit: march 20, 2024nntold management upon checkout that the couch made me feel itchy and looked like it needed cleaning that involves chemicals to kill dustmites or whatever.. no exhaust in the washroom, but it is the strongest toilet flush I've seen in years and i stayed in a lot of places in the past year alone! the room we had was spacious, and quiet cause we didn't hear anyone or anything.. although the ac is a bit loud.. access to the pool is funny because depending where they assign you you'd have to walk quite a lot to swim! so if you want to swim be sure to ask a room that's close! breakfast was decent, nothing fancy -kids will dig the pancake machine for sure. staff were friendly and looked eager to help. the only downer to this stay is the couch and the loud ac.. shower had a lot of pressure, and towels, the bed, and the facility is pretty clean.. lots of parking, area looked safe.. hope my next stay is a better experience.
The Sonesta ES is a nice place to stay. The rooms were big and it was nice having the kitchenette. The breakfast was ok. They had some hot foods but not very tasty. Our shower drain was clogged but we didn't find out until about 10 pm. We told the front desk but they could not get maintenance to us until the next day.
Great location, lots of dinning choices. The rooms was alright, some mold spots in the bathroom.....they need to do better cleaning. Maybe a bathroom reno I don't know.
We loved our room,it was clean,the beds were so comfortable,all cotton sheets and pillow case,felt like home,all staff were great,the only problem is the toilets,they are way to low,that’s the only problem,breakfast was good there coffee was very good,would definitely stay there again.My daughter and myself stayed there well her husband was in Shoildice for surgery,it was convenient to get to the hospital ,,overall it was a great experience
