Needed to stay here for one night. Check in time opens at 3pm, I arrived 2 hours later only to hear that the more expensive room I paid for wasn’t even ready yet.nnNot sure why 2 hours after check in opens the single king size room wasn’t prepped. I had to settle for a lesser room which despite being “non-smoking” still smelt like an existing cigarette smell, and odour.nnThe lady at the front was kind; I understand it’s not necessarily her fault and that it’s out of her control, so we asked to speak to the manager who would call our room. I checked out 4 days ago and still haven’t received a call. I didn’t even get a reimbursement for the cheaper room I opted for. The lady could only offer a breakfast voucher, but I didn’t receive anything else for the inconvenience.nnI’ve stayed at many hotels and haven’t experienced this. Even the busiest of hotels can figure it out somehow. Maybe thats why the price is cheap?nnGive me a call Mr. Manager I’m in the system.
Best Western Parkway is okay for a short stay if anything, i you have no better options, but it leaves a lot to be desired.nThe rooms are fairly basic and could use some updates. There were a few small issues like worn-out furniture and a musty smell in the room.nnThe lack of amenities is on a whole different level, and the breakfast options were pretty limited.nnIt’s fine if you just need a place to crash, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay or if you're looking for a more complete hotel experience.
rooms were very good, clean and comfortable. Side doors on the hotel have no electronic locks. They are manually locked from 11pm till early morning. They should install one of those card readers, which allow you in with a valid room card. If you check in/out overnight, you may have to go to the neighbor Sheraton front desk.
We had a good stay here. We are a family of 4, the room was clean and modern. The nice thing about this hotel is the pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The indoor pool is heated which was nice, a hot tub as well. The kids had a blast. There was also a pool table and a bunch of racquet ball rooms with free equipment to play. The staff was very friendly, we asked for a couple of extra pillows and they brought them to our room promptly. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, with buffet breakfast for cost.
This was absolutely one of my best hotel experiences! There's a couple of pools, a spa, a fitness room, and they charge you extra for breakfast. There is a chrome cast tv and you can connect your phone to it. There was a sliding bathroom door and a walk in shower. The shower was amazing!! We got a room with a balcony and the view was quite nice. I really hope I can come again soonnI totally recommend it!
