I stayed here in August and was content with my stay. The front desk people were nice when I dealt with them, and very secure when I ordered delivery (they called up to my room to double check and then asked if they would like the driver to be sent up). The location is good, great amount of parking. My room was recently updated and was clean and well maintained. -1* for the common areas of the hotel being less clean than my room. Otherwise a great stay.

Very helpful and polite staff. Rooms are immaculate. The pool and Jacuzzi are fantastic. Easy accessible parking. Would recommend to anybody.

Nice place to relax. Swimming pool has waterside as well which was the highlight of our stay. Our kids loved the water slide and didn't want to leave.

Great hotel with a good price. I stay here for every business trip to Calgary. They have upgraded their services over the past few years to keep up with the Hilton standards. Heated underground parking is a plus. I like the chalet feel of the lobby.

Staff were great but the wifi reception was horrible! Only one of us could be connected at a time otherwise we'd bump the other one off the internet! 
Our room was ok but, not worth the money we paid for a suite. It had a small kitchen but only a pot or two to cook with. You'd need to bring your own pans if you wanted to saute anything. Might as well order in, no restaurant in hotel, or go out.
