Not bad, could use some extra effort on cleaning. All the important things were clean, just found some dry spilled wine under the phone. Beds, bathroom and floors were all good though. Breakfast included was quite simple. All in all decent for the cheap price.

Friendly staff - helped us to get hot water. Clean room except for the two beer labels stuck in places that guests would notice but apparently cleaning staff did not. The hallway and elevator smelled. On the plus side there are a lot of pugs to charge your electronics. A fridge and coffee bar are good but not too much counter space. The bath tub is extra small but decent for a shower.

Stayed here two nights. Although I paid for each night in advance the hotel holds 100$ per night on the credit card as a deposit - so 200$ in total on hold for two nights plus the booking of two nights. I checked out and it has already been five days since I was there and still my credit card is showing 200$ on hold. I dislike hotels that hold deposits for nearly a week after you check in. I was happy with the hotel but would've stayed elswhere to have an establish block my credit card for 100$ a day.

After spending a night in this hotel and paying the room with a debit card at the checkout date, 2 days later, (since they ask to take the print of the credit card for the damage deposit), you discover that you have, on top of the debit card amount paid, 2 times the fee of the room taken out of your credit card. That means 3 times the room paid + damage deposit. It's a bit much not to be worried, at least for me... Not for them apparently... Do you think that you can just call and get the chance to explain your situation to someone without being cut 3 times off so that you never have the chance to explain the whole situation? Do you think that the manager, driving to the place will receive you with respect and an apology? (I only by the phone could get to the damage deposit and 1 fee taking out of my credit card, the employee won't let me explain that the next day, the fee was again taken from my account. When I asked her not to cut me off again after 3 times, she raised her voice, so I raised mine saying that I wanted to talk to her manager...) Keep dreaming of 'normal services'... I got out of the place with the angry manager (manager? really?) saying to me that she can't do anything. Just go home and wait to see what your banking account will show you in a few days or so...??? She only could provide me after I insisted deeply a document of 1 fee refunded... I've got to wait and see for the other one... provided that the damage deposit was not debited truly neither. Wow...!!! I don't blame anymore the employee for the poor service she gave me over the phone: The whole place is really sad and smelling a disrespectful attitude toward the customers... No ethic whatsoever!
