I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Suites and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process seamless and efficient. My room was clean, well-appointed, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities.nnThe hotel’s location is ideal for both business and leisure travelers, with easy access to key attractions and dining options nearby. The on-site restaurant offered a good selection of dishes, and the breakfast buffet was fresh and well-stocked.nnOne highlight of my stay was the fitness center and pool area, which were well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind after a long day.nnThat said, there is room for improvement in certain areas. For instance, the Wi-Fi connection could be faster, and the soundproofing between rooms wasn’t as effective as I’d hoped.nnOverall, I would recommend Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Suites for its excellent service, comfort, and convenient location.

I stayed here for two nights and I got to say the stay was exceptional. Great staff and room keeping, Left during most of the day and got back in the evening. I don't have anything really bad to say about this hotel besides when we were there the hot tub and swimming pools due to the health inspectors notice..

Rooms are ok. The short showers are not ideal for people over 5 feet!  When a place promotes certain amenities and they aren't working, this should be disclosed at the time of booking, especially when charging full rate  and not just given oh we are sorry.

The staff here are amazing! I booked online, but ran into an issue right before we were to check in, that could have prevented us from staying here. I called and spoke with a fantastic lady and she said you know what come on in, we will figure it out. When we got here, everyone knew what was happening and helped us out. We were able to stay as planned. My oldest son said that the bed was the most comfortable! And both of my boys loved the pool! Thanks again to the staff that helped us out on our trip. Y’all are a blessing!

The shower head is only 4ft tall so I have to crouch to shower, toilet handle is broken, carpets are kinda gross l. A four star rating is generous. Like other people have said very rundown feel. Maybe it was nice 30 years ago
