Hyatt Regency Calgary

Our first visit to Hyatt Regency Calgary was outstanding. We spent Christmas here and were very impressed with the level of service and how well the hotel was decorated for Christmas. The staff were excellent, and a special mention to Ringo the bartender, and to Natalie from Ukraine who was so polite and professional whenever serving us. The Thomsons buffet was fantastic with a ton of delicious options. The room service food was also excellent! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub too - we spent a lot of time in there!nThanks so much to everyone at the Hyatt, we will definitely be returning for another staycation! Highly recommended

Pillows weren't great. Walls are quite thin, could hear neighbour's music and conversation clearly at night. Elevators weren't always working which was frustrating as the hotel was fully booked. This resulted in lines sometimes or very packed elevator rides. Pool water seemed dirty. Prices in the resturants are unreasonably high. Needing a key card to leave the parking garage was annoying. Staff are very friendly. Nice that it is connected to the convention center.

Very nice hotel, they have the best view of the cityscape! Also we loved the hot tub, steam room and the pool is gorgeous all located high up above the 18th floor!! Best staycation during winter, location is excellent!!!

I came here for my husbands 30th birthday. Maluto Nicole and her team went above and beyond to make this day special by decorating it upon request. The staff was so friendly and we had a spa date at Still waters. Overall our experience was outstanding. Thank you so much for making this day special

Yes! 100%nI love this place. Firstly, we arrived super early for our conference and for a minimal fee was able to check in at 11am. Within an hour, the hotel had our second room ready to check in. LOVE IT! The front desk staff is probably the kindest and most helpful hotel staff I have literally ever met. Went the extra mile at every chance. Rooms have super cool features like a clock in the bathroom mirror, bedside lamps that could be dimmed, and best of all filtered water taps in the bathrooms so I didnt have to pay 8 bucks for 500ml of water. Super close to loads of restaurants although I would warn that there is a population of people struggling with drug addiction in downtown Calgary. Its far safer to stay in the hotel and they have a great selection of food and beverages.nnWell done! Keep up the good work!
