Fantastic experience! The staff creates such a welcoming atmosphere and positive vibe. We recently held an event here, and I couldn’t be more grateful for Sloan and her team—they made everything perfect from start to finish, with seamless organization and great communication. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful hotel! The staff is very pleasant and kind and very helpful. I was thrilled that this hotel was pet friendly and theynoffered my pup a dog treat at the front desk. The spa is gorgeous, the steam room is very hot, and recommend taking coldnshowers in between visits. The hot tub is at 40C which I feel isn’t hot enough, but the steam room really makes up for that. The change room has lock code lockers, a wet bathing suitnspinner, and really nice body lotion. Our room was lovely.

Luxurious stay!!! The bed was comfortable, and the shampoo smelled super nice. The pool and hot tub were great, and there was the added bonus of a steam room. Room service is a must - we had a full vegan breakfast which was delicious, and good portions. Fantastic location too. We were able to walk to many sites including the Calgary Tower next door.

Home away from home for sure. Stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the friendly service of the FG floor. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I needed extra help on my way out after THA and Neill, the doorman took the best care of me.nThe bathrooms need attention but that’s about it.

This is an amazing hotel, the staff are professional and courteous, the building is beautiful and the location was perfect for what we needed. However, we were given a king suite on the south side of the building, the suite was really nice, what was not nice however was the freight train track directly below out window. For a 4 star hotel they severely lacked in better sound proofed sound resistant windows. 2am trains are definitely not something you want to hear in a four star hotel.
