Outstanding Experience – Highly Recommend!nnMy recent stay at Sheraton Suites was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I walked in, the staff were very friendly and they ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious , with a nice design and great amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the local area, on site dining and also two great restaurants right across from the hotel.I would highly recommend Sheraton Suites to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I’ll definitely be returning!
We are so unbelievably impressed with this hotel. Not only did they go above and beyond for my daughter's birthday by having a cute towel made birthday cake with confetti and a happy birthday sign on her bed but they left an incredible dessert with a card that had her age printed on the front with hand written signatures from staff on the back.nnWe stayed in the Sheraton Club section and would highly recommend it. The club has great selections of snacks, drinks, coffees and teas and includes your breakfast the next morning. it was all so incredible we never had to leave the hotel to find a place to eat.nnour room was stunning and very clean.nnEvery staff member we interacted with were kind, outgoing, professional and really made efforts to make sure we felt like valued guests.nnMyself, my husband and 3 young children stayed and we all can't wait for another reason to travel to Calgary just to stay at this hotel again!nnI wish I could give higher than 5 stars, this Sheraton location really deserves it!
Great location at the heart of downtown. Loved moving around the hotel. There are many restaurants and other amenities around. Parking was a hassle. The room was good sized but the bedroom didn't have much spbace to move. The washroom was clean and tidy. Overall it was a good hotel to stay in. I highly recommend it.
Booked a double queen room and used a Suite-Night Award SNA to upgrade to the two bedroom suitennRoom: Our suite was spacious with upscale furniture but it was on the dated side. The master had a king bed with an en-suite bath walk-in shower and TV. The living room had a desk, comfy couch and armchair, and wet are area with sink and mini fridge. The secondary bedroom has double queen beds with a bathroom with bath/shower combo that also opens to the living room.nnService: Service was excellent from check-in to the lounge to anyone else we’d metnnLocation: The hotel is located in downtown Calgary. It’s writhing walking distance to the peace bridge, Devonian gardens, and other office buildings so great if you’re exploring downtown.
This location is an excellent choice for a spring or summer family getaway. We stayed in an upgraded suite that was ideal for our small family. Although the suite wasn't overly large, it was cleverly divided into two sections with double doors leading to the bedroom, which featured two queen beds. The front desk kindly accommodated our request for a crib in the main sitting area, allowing us to tuck our infant in for the night while we spent time with our five-year-old in the bedroom. The swimming pool, complete with a water slide and hot tub, was a hit. The hotel's proximity to the scenic waterfront pathways offered wonderful family strolls. While downtown is generally quieter on weekends, it was perfect for our relaxing family retreat.
