This is a hotel right in the city center. The front desk check in process was quick. The lounge provides nice snacks and hot breakfast. They provide valet parking which is convenient. The room was a great size . Most interesting part will be the indoor pool with nice jacuzzi area and a 2 story slides which is a lot of fun. Great stats overall .
Did anyone stay on the side of the hotel facing the restaurants Joey and. Local? They blast music all day long outside? Cold winter day and night, nobody is even outside yet it just blasts into the darkness and you hear it all day long . Noise bylaws are at 10 yet almost 11 and still blasting into the dark with. Body around? The area is all dated for construction, there isn’t even any foot traffic?! Hotel staff even say many people complain about it yet it is allowed to happen? I don’t get it ? Maybe it is something new since all these reviews since nobody even mentions it , makes no sense . Had I known never would have stayed here . The rooms. staff are great , no complaints at all but unfortunately at the mercy of Joey and local. If you are staying here make sure you are on the opposite side not facing restaurants or bring your ear plugs. Very unfortunate as we have to be here 3 days and even on club 2 bedroom suite no escape from the music all day. Beware travellers . Maybe this will help bring about a positive change .
Great location if you are looking to be right downtown Calgary. The hotel is a bit dated but I think they have done a pretty good job of trying to keep it modern. Rooms were comfy, especially the beds. Very clean. Because they are suites you get a nice living room and office. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is great but dinner I would head out for. Their restaurant is very much pub food.nThey do have a gym which is great, although not large. Value for $$$ is good.
We are so unbelievably impressed with this hotel. Not only did they go above and beyond for my daughter's birthday by having a cute towel made birthday cake with confetti and a happy birthday sign on her bed but they left an incredible dessert with a card that had her age printed on the front with hand written signatures from staff on the back.nnWe stayed in the Sheraton Club section and would highly recommend it. The club has great selections of snacks, drinks, coffees and teas and includes your breakfast the next morning. it was all so incredible we never had to leave the hotel to find a place to eat.nnour room was stunning and very clean.nnEvery staff member we interacted with were kind, outgoing, professional and really made efforts to make sure we felt like valued guests.nnMyself, my husband and 3 young children stayed and we all can't wait for another reason to travel to Calgary just to stay at this hotel again!nnI wish I could give higher than 5 stars, this Sheraton location really deserves it!
Outstanding Experience – Highly Recommend!nnMy recent stay at Sheraton Suites was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I walked in, the staff were very friendly and they ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious , with a nice design and great amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the local area, on site dining and also two great restaurants right across from the hotel.I would highly recommend Sheraton Suites to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I’ll definitely be returning!
