I'm very happy at this gym. It is smaller but it's never overly crowded and has all the samenities selection of equipment as other good life's.  It's women's only atmosphere makes me feel very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The only thing I wish they had was a sauna

A woman's only location with the RCSS.  All of the women's clubs are usually smaller with minimal amount of equipment.  if you are looking for a location where you can do studio classes and get in some cardio and the circuit then you are set.  if you are looking for all the bells and whistles you are better off visiting a normal location that has the women's only section.

Was disappointed to know it was women's only. Didn't know until I got there. No signage indicating that it wasn't coed

The staff is super friendly. The change room is new, always clean, and the sauna is always up & running. They don't offer towel service :( 
It's a smaller gym but never packed. The machines are well maintained except the nicer new good ones are for Personal Training only. The weight area is small and they are missing a couple of key machines like a leg press (they have a sitting leg press only) and could use a second bar bell since it's usually taken. Overall a good gym, and one of the few Woman's only options in the Toronto area.
