I did not like this class. Yes I was late and missed the whole community thing  in the beginning, and no I don't have any health injuries -  I simple am not that strong. 
I did not like that were was no difference of weights offered to do the exercises. And if indoor shoes are mandatory maybe you call people about it, or put it in Bold, otherwise I would have not come. And no I do not want to wear the shoes they have there

The class was great if you are not a beginner, was a fine class but for intermediate not novice gym people. that was not communicated

great class, lots of fun. The instructors push you hard, but are also extremely friendly and the staff is all very warming and welcoming. I'm addicted

Amazing all around! Great classes, great instructors and they really have a passion for what they do. I've been taking Geoff's class for a little over a month, and my entire body has change thanks to him. Its amazing what an hour class, 3 days a week can do for you. Definitely worth every penny, and they have a great intro special if you just want to check them out. Can't say enough great things about this place.

I am absolutely obsessed with Fit Factory! I joined the 30 day trial to start and I'm on month 2 making a one year commitment to my fitness goals. I was nervous at first because I haven't worked out in literally 4/5 years, am completely out of shape and was afraid to feel out of place. Everyone from the front desk staff to the instructors have been a complete motivation and support system. You are there to work your ass off *literally* and to be pushed to your full capabilities. I leave feeling stronger and more confident every day and even on those days where I feel like I could have done better - we are our worst critics - I'm comforted with the support of the instructors who take the time to talk to you, help your form, and inform you of stretches and activities you can do to improve your progress. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to take their fitness goals to a whole nother level!

Literally a factory...one instructor for 50+ people. Can't even do a burpee without getting kicked in the face!
