I have not visited this hotel but I wanted to share my experience regarding the amazing community this hotel displayed today. I am a volunteer with a major hospital in Vancouver and one of my patients flew here from California to stay here last Saturday. She became very ill and needed emergency services via ambulance to hospital. All of her belongings were put safely in storage at this hotel. My patient asked me to see what I could do to retrieve them. I called the hotel and “Dev” arranged for them to be delivered to the hospital via courier. “Henry” delivered them safely to me and I took them to a very relieved and thankful patient.nI am thankful for these people who went above and beyond for a tourist to our city who will not forget this kindness and compassion.nDev and Henry you are both stars.
Loved the location, loved the hotel and room design, loved the room service food. Unfortunately the mattress felt like sleeping on a wood box that had a little bit of padding. My spouse likes firm mattresses and he was uncomfortable. As much as I loved the rest I ultimately need a hotel to be a place I can sleep. This hotel can’t deliver on that.
This is a great hotel and location, staff is fantastic, rooms are so comfy after whatever day you had......But, if you're sensitive to strong smells....then you may be very affected by the strong scent in the lobby. It's not a bad smell just really strong. But other than that it's a great place! :
Me and my husband only stayed one night for our cruise trip but we will definitely come back. The hotel is located in the middle of everything. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. We had a gorgeous breakfast in the hotel.
I honestly was not sure what to expect but this hotel blew me away. The second I arrived the door man helped me out showed me where to park and check in etc. The staff was so friendly. Easy to check in- Cookies and things to put in your water!! never had that before Super nice room with lots of space. 10/10 recommend!
