Our family, two adults, two primary age kids, had a great two night stay. We particularly enjoyed the space of a suite vs a single room, the in room storage and the really friendly and helpful front desk staff thank you for the cookies!. Location was just what we needed - a good variety of restaurants in walking distance and walkable to the Waterfront for its attractions and metro rail station, and just a 5-10 minute Uber to the Amtrak station in the morning. The hotel parking was convenient although an additional cost. The only hiccup was that the older TV of the two in our suite had some issue meaning a long like 10 min+ lag between using the control and it responding, making it unusable.
I just checked into my room. I’m just in ah, with the moment I checked into my room. The location is fabulous! 5 min walk from waterfront and GasTown. Took the sky train straight from the airport to hotel and was at my hotel within 7mins. The service the moment I walked in,nphenomenal! I didn’t get the gals name. But she was so sweet. Handed me this card where I just wrote a note on my reservation 30mins prior while on the train it’s the little things. These rooms are great for families. Separate rooms with a door and a good size living room. The best perk the window opens! I love a hotel where you can open a window or door for fresh air - it’s heavenly! I could say more but for now I’ll enjoy my room.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff provided outstanding service. My 7-year-old son was delighted with the welcome cookies, which was a lovely touch. Our room was spacious, bright, and extremely comfortable. The hotel’s location is also excellent, very close to Canada Place. We will definitely be returning. Thank you, Delta Hotel, for such a great experience.
My favourite Canadian hotel. This property is a masterpiece. The most professional, pleasant and accommodating staff ever. Impeccably clean suites. Perfect mattresses and actual blackout blinds. A big fully-equipped gym. Beautifully appointed lobby. Ideal location. 10/10
Great sized room and abundant food options within a close walk! This hotel is outstanding with an amazing staff and thoughtful touches for your entire stay. From the cookie at check in to the many bottles of water on offer you really cannot go wrong here.nnI saw another review saying the room was worn, but that was not my experience at all. I found the room to be well appointed and comfortable and the shower water pressure and temperature is commendable. Great hotel!
