This location used to be Ballys. A nice sized club has hot yoga. Studio is a little small, there is a good variety of machines....not a bad location but not my favourite in the chain

gym is good but staff is not so friendly , it was my first day and no one was willing to guide and help properly even sauna bath was not working ...

Friendly gym, big but they have been playing talking rap music for 12 years. When I use to visit Canada I went their for convenience. Now I live around the corner but for most part avoid it. Except for the occasional respite, the massive years of slow same same rap music is soul destroying, and sucks energy, killing any chance of vibe. I know several people who just avoid it for the same reason. I do not know why they insist on so many years of it. I have made several mentions to them. Got to the point of being amused as before I lived here, every two years I visited, I walk upstairs. Yup, rap, talk music. Always an agenda and story telling that. Not befitting for other sections of the community nor adds life to the place, it's depressing and I have been in the industry as coach and athlete for 24 years. Someone has to say something. Other than that, it's got everything one could need.

This is the best good life location I've been to. It's huge with no shortage of equipment. Staff are friendly when it comes to hello and goodbye.
