Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Simply outstanding customer service with a big shout out to Julia - the lead agent. I arrived for pickup of my vehicle on a Monday at the appointed time of 9AM. The store also opened at 9AM, and Julia was there for the first half an hour by herself. The store was already full of customers with a line 7 people long. Julia handled the crowd with grace, professionalism and a warm and welcoming attitude, and she conversed with each of us individually while multi-taskng and keeping the entire process moving ahead. Within 20 minutes, Julia had the line-up cleared, and everyone had their vehicle and was on their way. I was impressed and thankful. Enterprise on Michael St in Ottawa gets 5-stars - hands down!

I don't always bother to write reviews but given my previous experience with car hire is mixed I feel I need to write one to reflect the high quality of service we got from this enterprise location. We were staying downtown in Ottawa but our web based services were telling us the Michael St location had cars available. We took a cab out to the location which is 5km from downtown where we found they had actually sold out of cars (as had everywhere else in the area). Jon Buchanan the employee on duty not only helped us out in locating a car with Enterprise but was extremely diligent in his car checks despite being very busy and also offered us his card in case we had any concerns after beginning our rental. He then also left a message after we had returned the car to another location to check whether things had gone ok, remembering our travel itinerary which I haven't ever had before from other companies. When I then also had a query on the final bill he was extremely helpful in getting this resolved quickly and efficiently. If I ever have to rent a car or have colleagues in the Ottawa area who need one in future I will be recommending they come see Jon at the 1555 Michael St location as I know they will get top service. I'm a weekly renter from here and the staff is super friendly, fast and efficient! I'm always greeted with a smile and offered pick ups and rides always!

We were supposed to get an SUV sized vehicle and ended up getting a compact sedan with 3/32 tread remaining which was unsuitable for winter driving with our baby. The rep was supposed to call back once he found a larger vehicle , never did and was not reachable at the number he gave us. Manager said he would see what he could do, never called back either.

I was very impressed with agent Sammy and the Excelent level of customer service I received from him. I spoke to a female agent over the phone at first and she seemed like she was in a major rush and I felt like I was keeping her from more pressing matters , so I took the hint and thanked her then hung up. I still had questions tho so I waited a bit and then called back. The second time i called I was greeted so friendly and with genuine enthusiasm by Sammy. He took the few minutes to Listened to me and then answered my questions throughly, he even took the time to explain some alternative options which I did not even know about. I just wanted to say thank you for going over above and beyond , you made my entire day! Thank you Sammy 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅 ZG Customer for life
