The cargo gave us the space we needed to move some furniture. However, given the snow conditions it would have been nice to to have snow tires for safety and traction. There was was some confusion regarding the bill, which was resolved easily. Other then that it was a great experience. Thank you!

Polite customer service, good price and even better when the car what I ordered got swapped with even bigger car without another fee. Just the wait in the beginning, because lack of cars otherwise I enjoyed it.

Don"t rent here. The service is bad. It took 30 minutes to get my van. It wasn't clean, the gas was not full. The people behind the counter can not multi task  so more than two customers and their are overwhelmed. One person just sat behind the counter doing nothing, he couldn't answer the phone  or even enter my information in the computer. Totally useless.  They clearly don't have enough cars and trucks for the business  their want to do. There are two other rental  places on that street i would try there first.

People who work here are great, always tries to help the customer. I used be a regular enterprise customer just because of this location I became Discount rental customer.
