Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had the most exceptional service with this particular location. My story is long and too much to type but they treated me like family. And I'm not just saying that. With professional patience and empathy they helped me get a vehicle to get home. Words cannot express my gratitude. I commend the staff for their fabulous work ethic and attitude.

Exceptional customer service every time! I have rented a vehicle twice in the past month and each time I have had only exceptional service with everyone I have had contact with at the enterprise branches. Isaac and Rhyse were super at the Laperriere location, along with the exceptional guidance of the manager! The vehicles I used for both road trips were perfect and the prices are very reasonable!! I will always use Enterprise!

Recently visiting from BC. I had a one-way car hire from Kitchener, and dropped it off here. Was very happy with the polite and chatty service. I ended up taking another rental for a couple of day to go to Quebec. As I was staying local, I was picked up and dropped off by staff. So I can only say good things about this location. If anything, I think the turn signal could have been fixed bulb replacement very easily in a RAV4 before as I brought it back to advise the staff. But as there was limited choice, I took the Toyota. Good job.nForgot to mention, just round the corner is The Woodard coffee shop which is brilliant.

From the employees who clean the cars, the ones who help you rent the cars, and even the manager, you will not find one grouchy person who is too busy to not take a moment to smile and point you in the right direction.nnI also loved how easy it was for me, especially because I do not own a car. Having them pick me up and drop me off saved me the extra money I have always had to come up with on top of the rental cost.nnI will rent here from now on in Ottawa!

I'm always impressed by the kind and friendly staff at Enterprise. My experience at the Laperriere branch in Ottawa was no exception. At pickup, Ellie was very helpful getting me set up with Apple Car Play and providing me with a cord to plug in my phone. When I brought back the vehicle, Kaedan cheerfully answered my questions about winter-ready vehicles for my next trip in December.
