mr blake working the day shift today friday nov 21st 2025 after i made the trek all the way to the entreprise told me that he couldn’t fulfill my reservation because they were sold out and that he meant to call me. Reminder you get no compensation for the waste of time and no regard for your plans just straight up “dawg i was gonna call you… “ like that fixes anything. Horrible experience. This same answer of going to you website is often replied to other reviewers but theres nothing to see this is my member card reach out to me to make this right if it is your intention

Never call back when they say they will. Got a lady arguing with me for over 10 mins on the phone that the vehicl i have is awd and it is NOT. After multiple holds and me walking quite a ways to this stuck car, i confirmed it was NOT awd and she still proceeded to say it was. Put me on hold one more time to come back and tell me i am correct that is ot not AWD. The customer service has been awful since after I picked up the vehicle. I didnt appreciate being spoken to like i dont know what i am talking about, i worked in the car feild for 7 years, i know a little bit about them. Extremely disappointed with the after service or getting this crappy vehicle.

We had been loyal clients at this location for many years and rented for long periods at a time; we had always been treated well... until an unlucky event in the summer of 2023 that turned a stable and reliable relationship with the company into a total nightmare of a case that is still pursuing us to this date.nnAfter a car hit us from behind on the highway, we immediately called the police, filed an accident report and called the office to explain what had happened. The damages were minimal, but we wanted to be see-through and honest, to which the office kindly replied that with the provided details, the case should be quickly resolved and we would have nothing to worry about. We returned home thinking that the case was solved.nnBut the emails came rushing in about a due amount for the repair costs for the following year and a half, and from a different staff each time. They would never answer questions and continue failing at providing proof of guilt each time even though specified as needed. I consecutively repeated the case, with the report number; they each time replied with yet another due amount. I did several long distance calls to the location and their 'claim service' in hopes to clarify the case but with no luck; no one available, ridiculously long waiting time and 'there is nothing I can do' -answers. I wrote to the manager that assured me there had to be a misunderstanding... but nothing changed; no one to help nor take this seriously.nnLast month, I did one last long-distance call to the claim service and spoke to a clerk that shockingly had all the facts twisted how on earth was that possible at that point!, fully lacked respect in talking with a customer, and answered as if he spoke to a kindergarten child that had badly been misbehaving.nnI am little impressed, to say the least, by the treatment I had received when I, as an honest and loyal client, only really wanted to do things right. You can be assured that I will never refer to you if in need of a location in the future.

I've dealt with Enterprise multiple times and am always happy. My dealing with Kareem in Gatineau has been stellar, he goes above and beyond to make the experience pleasurable and hassle free. I can't ask for more.

I went in the Hull office, did not get good service. Brushed off I was. Ridiculous prices, so I went to Budget, was close to half price. Going down buddy
