Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff at the Hull location are very friendly, fast, efficient and knowledgeable about their vehicles. The cars I’ve rented from this location are always clean. I will continue to rent from Enterprise in Hull because their service is consistently excellent.

got into a car accident and my insurance compagny IA, works with them for getting me a car when i have no car to use in my disposition. have had to pay so many ubers when i already don’t have all that money to spare. had a reservation and everything was fine until they told me i need a credit card for deposit even tho my insurance compagny is paying. Called them to tell them i myself have no credit card, and they refused to offer me service. asked them if i could use cash, debit, or even someone else’s credit card, which shouldn’t be a problem if said person authorized me to use it. they kept telling me it HAS to be in my name. not everyone has a credit card. on top of that the employee was super rude on the line. do better, i’m stuck with no car because you can’t accommodate clients who have no credit card to their name while the insurance compagny does business with you. my insurance compagny even emailed you to make and exception and you guys couldn’t be bothered.

I have rented a vehicle here twice in the past year for business travel and have always had great service. People are friendly, curteous and accommodating.nnHighly recommend.

I’ve been renting here for the last 6 months all I can say is the team members are super friendly, they would come pick me up from my house to get my rental and it’s always quick and efficient.
