Friendly service, I did get my vehicle so no complaints there. Needless to say I called the day before to make sure they had cars available for my me.

Awful experience today. I reserved a car for a court appearance (I'm a lawyer) out of town about an hour and a half away. Discount called me at 7:30am to advise they had no cars. I tried finding another car but to no avail. Long story short I paid about $600 for a round trip taxi ride. I won't be using discount again.

They cancelled my reservation without telling me. Finally they found me a car. They overcharged me, and won't refund. Still waiting after 8 months...Would never book there again and I certainly do not recommend the place.
