Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great location. Needed a car rental due to an accident. Conor Abrahams has excellent customer service and is very helpful. No complaints whatsoever with Enterprise.

Incorrectly charged my credit card (4 months after) that was on file, even though the invoice clearly indicated the dealership where my car was would pay for the rental. When speaking with the "manager", Connor, he said if I attempted to reverse charge I would be sent immediately to collections. No customer service skills whatsoever. I would never personally rent a vehicle from Enterprise on my own dollar. The dealership took about a week to correct and I was finally credited.

Called to make arrangements for a van rental. The employee was very short and rude on the phone. I didn't get a chance to ask all of my questions before he promptly hung up on me. Not impressed. This is not service in my opinion. I called the manager back to explain my concern. He seemed somewhat apologetic. There are other choices for car rentals out there.

Unreliable, dishonest, negligence. I had my rental booked for 1 pm, and I had a flight from montreal at 6 pm. The receptionist told me that they wont have any rides available until 4:00 pm .. so he told me to go home and he will call me whenever he had something available !! I had to take uber to montreal which costed me 200$ !! NEVER book with this company

Very happy with our experience at this location. We booked only 1 day in advance and I believe it would have been for a Hyundai Elantra or similar for the weekend. When I got there to pick up the car they were about to close (heads up they close at noon on Saturdays!) and didn’t have anything in that vehicle class left at their location. The service agent working handled it perfectly, offering us a Dodge Durango fully loaded with leather seats, infotainment console and even winter tires all at no extra cost for the vehicle or feature upgrades. He was extremely polite and professional, the transaction was extremely quick and easy, wish I would have caught the gentleman’s name for kudos. So we enjoyed having the Durango for the weekend, the vehicle itself was in excellent condition and a pleasure for highway driving, and surprisingly versatile for city driving as well. Tons of space in the back for our luggage and it seats about 7 people if we really wanted. Returning the vehicle was easy with no unexpected costs or surprises, I worked with the same gentleman and he was just as professional during this process as well. Enterprise also has an easy to use website and loyalty points that can build up to free rentals and upgrades. Glad I gave them a chance this time around.
