Extended Stay America - Billings - West End

I had burst water pipes that caused me to move out of my house for an extended period of time. The staff and management have been wonderful to work with. The room is clean and comfortable. Having a small equipped kitchen has cut down on eating out. They are very pet friendly and welcomed my cat. I will probably be here for at least a couple of months and can't think of a nicer place to stay.

We were staying here from a tragedy. It always smells like weed here and smoke and when we called their supervisor they downsized our room. So that instead of the 2 of us staying only w could. AJ was unacceptable with how he treated us. Bit Chris was nice. I don't recommend a stay here room was unclean and it is always smelling like a hood house. Weed and smoke. Unacceptable.

Management AJ is great very professional, very nice, understanding and went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. Front desk guy Chris very nice, kind and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend I'll definitely stay there again.. bomb 1010. Keep up the good work

Staff is top notch! From front desk calling the room a half hour after check in to making sure everything was ok to the next person asking my daughter's name so he could pray for her when he found out we were there for medical procedures we have never been met with such kind and compassionate hotel staff. There's a couple gas stations and several fast food places all within a couple blocks so it was really convenient, and with fridge and microwave in the room we are able to bring back leftovers or even groceries when we dont feel like running around. This has become our go to hotel whenever we are in town for medical appointments.

I rode the bus here and walked over from the bus stop about 5 mins, this was the only place that did not shovel their sidewalk and it was hard packed ice, but they don't have an ice machine which I think is cheap ass of the hotel management. I paid 63 for a night on Priceline 80 with taxes, anouther guest said they were paying 331 a week. The room was large and warm, I was in a first floor handicap room and it was great though low water pressure heads in shower and shower faucet was plumbed backwards so it came on hot and the more you turn on the colder it gets. Breakfast is plain oatmeal packets and muffins and bars and coffee, one kind of tea, hot chocolate, and creamer, but with the price difference you can go to the restaurant across the street or McDonald's. Wifi system is hard to use. Room heater worked good, most of the USB outlets did not work and I had a nearly dead phone in morning, tiny TV with no Chromecast so bring your own. My room had no carpet which I prefer as hotel carpet is gross . Way nicer than most motel 6 I have been to. Fridge stove and microwave and you can get stuff at convenience store down the street.
