Extended Stay America - Billings - West End

Would never stay here again. Hotel is dirty and not kept up. We also had to switch rooms 4 times, and finally settled on the least gross of the rooms. 1st room beds were remade with previous guests sheets (stinky and makeup stains, and pubic hair in bed), garbage full of food, onions in kitchen sink drain, hair in bathroom tub and sink, floors were dirty. Second room wasn't even cleaned at all and had a toilet full of poo, 3rd room had also not been cleaned at all. 4th room was approved by manger but again, sheets were not changed and had food crumbs and makeup stains on pillows, soda spilled in cabinet, sticky stuff on bathroom counter, hair and soap in tub drain, and floors weren't clean. I have worked for many hotels and owned my own cleaning business, and it is completely unacceptable the way this place is taken care of. The lobby, elevators and hallways haven't been cleaned in some time either. Being in the business, it's obvious when it's a long time problem and not just a that day kind of thing. They need a serious overhaul in their employees all the way to the manager. It's clear no-one takes pride in their work at this hotel.

Slow internet, below average for even a budget hotel experience. Think early 2000s kind of slow. No breakfast except oatmeal packs. No bowls for the oatmeal, staff just said use the coffee cups. Again, below average even for a budget hotel experience.

Reasonable pricing and they were friendly to our partying

Room was not clean pet hair on blanket and chair had a blanket of dust I do not recommend at all

Do not stay here. It's a nightmare of a time. Dirty rooms . Unwashed bed black hair all over. smells like smoke. Shower backed up. Period stain in both beds. Cigg burns all over floor and shower and sink. Wi-Fi is worst than dial-up connection. Free breakfast is a joke coffee and a pack of oatmeal. Request a coffee maker for your room they say no we have coffee downstairs. Walls are paper thin lots of noise all night. Sleep on the floor or the bed they are about the same..
