Refusing to cancel 2 teams worth of hotel rooms. Our trip is cancelled due to ROADS BEING CLOSED. They still refuse to cancel. They have hung up on parents calling to cancel. Even letting 1 cancel but not any others.nDo not stay if weather can be an issue , you will not get your money back.nDo better, it's montana and we can't control the weather. Roads are closed!
I’m a Diamond member at Choice hotel. This “Comfort Suites Billings” is not setting a very good example for Choice family of hotels.nnI’m using traveling on business. The one trip I’m traveling for fun with my wife and we stay at this Choice location and we get a room with out any bath towels. That’s right, not one bath towel. Figuring that perhaps this was a simple over sight on the cleaning crew, my wife went down to the front desk to request a couple bath towels. The front desk said they didn’t have any.nnSo I wonder was this a known shortage of towels and we weren’t warned that there aren’t towels available during check-in? Was the cleaning staff aware and didn’t notify management? Is the Management just not managing and neglecting to maintain a sufficient inventory of towels?nnBottom line is when you pay $160+. for a night’s stay I would expect to have the basics. A bathroom with a couple bath towels is not too much to expect. Apparently it is at this establishment. Makes me want to reconsider if Choice Hotels is the choice for me.
We were both ill and traveling and checked in at 11 pm with an understanding that the checkout time clearly posted was Noon. We needed SLEEP. At 830 in the morning a cleaning staff member woke us up by knocking on our door to see if we were there so he could clean? He couldn't check with front desk to see if we checked out? Why have a NOON checkout and send staff around knocking on doors at 8 am? THEN to make matters worse there was NO COFFEE in the room except Decaf. 4 k cups of DECAF. Internet kept going in and out so we couldn't even watch a movie. No phone to call front desk. We paid $200 for a room for them to wake us up and not provide us with the correct amenities. VERY disappointed
Both rooms were very dirty. We checked in after a long drive. I had black spots all over my sheets and had to sleep on top of bed !. Spoke to Angela at front desk and she said she could not do anything. But Sara apparently was who cleaned the room. So I've made about 7 phone calls about the filth in our room and never got any results. I was told they would check into it. They did call me back to tell me that what they saw in my pictures I sent was not a BED BUG. Well what the hell was all over my bed ? Just dirt ?
Room was nice but a few things wrong with the room rip in sofa and stained on sofa food left in refrigerator but other then that it was nice also I pay cash for soda 4 dollars them they charged it to my room so. Watch your charges I call them but no refunds from them or a call back to me .
