Rock solid dinner. Very creative upscale German dining. Definitely not just your typical German cuisine. Try the mussels, bratwurst, flatiron, and spaetzl.

Love, love this place! Food, service, coffee... everything is excellent. Best of all, they have parking right downtown. Although I like to try new restaurants, I keep going back to this one; can't count how many times I've taken different groups of friends and they all thanked me for it. I'm a living add for Das Lokal.

Great food and service. The servers were very accommodating by putting a couple of tables together for our family. There was live piano playing while we ate (even on a Thursday night). Service wasn't rushed and we got some nice bread while we sat. Lots of beer and wine options. Overall a very pleasant dining experience. Good value for food and service.
