The care of every staff member I encountered was phenomenal and top notch. Everyone was extremely professional,super friendly and even apologetic for wait times. I was thoroughly impressed with the front desk staff, the ultrasound tech, was extremely thorough, precise and asked questions to get the information she needed in regards to my injury.Shout out to Alexa and Irene! As a health care professional myself this clinic exceeded my expectations. I was able to get in for walk in xray within a reasonable time frame following my ultrasound appt as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to book at this location in the future!

Welcoming, pleasant and informative. The doctor was fast but not at all rushed and he and the techs made the experience as pain free as possible which is difficult when your spine is having needles poked into it. They informed me of every step and made sure I was calm and as comfortable as could be. Everybody was lovely, I would definitely recommend going here.

I walked in and realized I had left my wallet and requisitions at home and Vanessa, at the front desk, assured me it was ok and carried on with my appt, which was nice because I was a little frazzled and worried I'd have to reschedule! And the two technicians who did the ultrasound and the x-rays were very polite and kind as well. Everything was quick and easy. I'd go back there anytime.

I received an imaging request form for another service provider. I tried to book with them and was told it was specialized ultrasound with a 6 month wait. Eventually walked in at Canadian Diagnostics North Town and reception booked me in the next day. From being greeted at reception to the completion of ultrasound and x-rays, it was nothing but friendly professional service. Don't know why doctors always resort to the other imaging place. Highly recommend.

This was my very first time getting a steroid injection & I didn't know what to expect. Each staff I interacted with was very kind & explained what was happening thoroughly. The doctor & nurse who did my injection were calm & their distraction conversation helpful. Very impressed.
