Home Outfitters

Very poor online customer service of Bay and home outfitters. bought a dinning table and chair set on Dec 26, 2017 and delivered after couple of weeks. Upon assembling, chairs felt apart in 2 days. Called customer service on around 21 Jan. Its March 5 today, still issue not resolved. I called customer service today and they agree with me, but can not do anything to make it work. If I could give zero rating, that would be too good for home outfitters. Update/ Edit: Still on 14 March 2018, no call from customer service to ask if issue has been resolved. On 5th March, they told me that technician will come on asap basis. But I don't know how they work, I have not seen this worst level of customer service from any retailer in Canada. Home outfitters Guys, if you are reading my edit, do something on your customer service.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. It required three different sales associates to help us find the correct item in the weekly flyer. Each of the associates kept trying to pass the job onto another person, who either failed to show or took way too long to come to customer service (even though they had more staff than customers at that hour). The final associate who helped us find our item dragged her feet and groaned saying "I don't even know whether to find this" after being asked to help us

Stephanie is amazing! She went out of her way to help me get the info I needed for my Dyson vacuum. I worked retail for many years and know what making a customer happy will do for the company. I recommend Home Outfitters to everyone! Stephanie you Rock!

Nice customer service and responsible supportive people availability is good and not busy at all times are good too
