Canadian Tire

Today, I came in for exchanging. Holly was very friendly and helpful to introduce the plants. I was looking for something easy to take care and more green. My daughter really loves Barbie cutie reveal collection. Loved to shop at toy section. The store was clean and very organized to browse each aisle easily.

My car was booked for a winter tire swap on Sunday Nov 3rd @ 10:00 am. Car and keys was brought in the shop and we went out for some errands. ‘Twas almost 2:00 pm when we missed a call from Canadian tire shop, my car was done probably. When we went to pick up our car, we saw a damaged at the rear end left side of the car. The manager was informed, my husband and the manager took a picture where the damages are, and the manager mentioned about checking the camera but it will be the next day since the person to do it wasn’t around. He said that if it happened in the shop Canadian tire is responsible for it but if it happened in the parking lot where it was moved after the service Canadian tire is not liable. I strongly believe that it’s unfair! Canadian tire should be liable because after the fact that my car was still in their responsibility. We waited a day for a phone call.., and as expected.., the manager called and said the damage was not done in the shop and instead in the parking lot! So we have to deal the damages ourselves!nnIf we should have known that the way the manager at Canadian Tire deal with situation like this was terrible, we shouldn’t have trusted our car with them! Now we have to go through with all the hassles that Canadian Tire brought us.

The customer support of Canadian Tire is so good.nnLast day, I visited to buy an engine oil. I requested them that which oil is better for my vehicle and is there anything on sale? The guy checked on online and pick from aisle by himself. Really I was pleased.

Beautiful store that we came to because my toddler was so excited to visit. She loves the escalators. We are trying to support Canadian as much as possible.nnOnly problem is that they do not have a room or space for breastfeeding mothers. I assumed that a brand new store that is the biggest one, would have some option for breastfeeding mothers. Instead, I had to feed my child in the patio section.

Terrible service, my car never been done for 2 days at shop , staff and supervisor not good for dealing customer upset for their bad service. Yesterday I follow up my car and they say my car wasn’t put in service yet someone has other name escalate issue 2cars same day so they didn’t know what going in my car. Today I went directly to shop they ask me to wait 30mins to finished but there are few more hour to before completed I waited almost 2 hours. I only request for change over winter tires my car not done until I when home twice I do UBER . This is so ridiculous .Wasting time to relay for promised an hour done the service Other than that I lost my income for my rental. I made mistake to do my service at Canadian Tire south common.
