Nike Factory Store

Great experience today at the Nike store in South Edm. Common. Not much by way of the high end footwear but I still found a great deal on some Kewl kicks. Charles & LeRoy were awesome to chat with, both guys very plugged in to what they do and the local scene. The young lady at the front was pleasant and has a smile on her face, can’t ask for much more.

Nike Factory Store in South Common has been a fun place for my husband and I to hit every chance we get. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They’re so helpful especially when we’re trying to find a matching pair of J’s. They’re so supportive and so helpful, thankfully most of the time they have a men’s and youth’s sizes for us to match our footwear. Just wanted to thank the staff for BEING SO AMAZING AND PATIENT WITH US, YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

I appreciated the guy who helped us his name is Joshua very attentive for the customers needs. The lady who assist us in the counter Rachna very careful to check all the sizes of shoe’s we bought. She is very friendly and and she give us a 100% customer satisfaction.

I loved my visit here!! I got Air Jordan’s for $150 plus 30% off. The customer service is second to none!!! I was helped at every corner of the store. There was a female worker, Carolee, helping out my wife giving suggestions and such. I recommend this place to everyone. I will be returning for sure!!! Great work!!!

The incident involved two employees, Luke and Mylem, and occurred over the course of two days.nnOn my first visit, I purchased a lower and a hoodie from the store. The very next day, I returned to the same location with the intention of returning the lower. However, instead of processing a proper refund, the employees deducted the money incorrectly. Despite my repeated explanations, the issue was not handled professionally or efficiently.nnDuring both visits, I found the behavior of the staff members to be unprofessional. They appeared to lack adequate knowledge of return and refund procedures and did not handle the situation with the courtesy and responsibility expected from a global brand like Nike. I was made to spend two days trying to resolve a simple return, which caused unnecessary inconvenience, stress, and frustration. I felt harassed and poorly treated as a customer.nnAs a customer, I expect respectful communication, correct billing practices, and efficient problem resolution.
