It's a great Staples. It has all the office products you could possibly need. I bought a printer, I bought a paper shredder, I got the insurance because of the paper. Shredder blew up last time and it's probably going to blow up the next time. So this is a good place to get your office supplies on sale.

Is it really eco-friendly or just cutting costs?nMost businesses are finding a way they can to cut corners and save a few bucks here and there.nThis location is happened to be one of them now, I dropped off a parcel yesterday as usual they will print me a copy of a receipt with tracking number, now they won't print me a receipt even just a click of button, instead asking an old guy like me to type in my email for an 'e-receipt', and very inconvenient for me and I never received any email of confirmation after all.nMaybe next time, I will have to bring a 25 cent to pay for my own receipt.

Made an online order on December 27. Selected in store pickup. Got a notice it would be 1-3 days. A week later and still no completion email and still showing in production on the website. I assumed due to the holidays they are backed up and remained patient. Called on Jan 2. Couldn't get through. Emailed through the website on Jan 3. Got s reply from head office within 2 hours that the order was ready for pickup 1:31 pm on Dec 30. Went into the store January 7 to pickup. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help me I was next in queue the whole time guests were helped and left and employees also left. Finally I'm helped. They look up in the computer via my name and it's still showing in production. I say I got an email it's ready. She says no it's not, it's not ready and not here. She hasn't even physically looked yet. I asked why I got the email. She doesn't even acknowledge that. I say it's gotta be there and ask her to please check. Suddenly she finds it in the drawer directly under her sales terminal. Tosses it on the counter and says here it is and then walks away.nnNo apology. No verifying that I am the person picking up the order. Nothing. Just walks away from me.nnIf she at least apologized I would have not made this review. But the complete lack of disrespect for your guests is outrageous.

Worst store ever run by disrespectful people will not help you if you’re not one of them and when they do help you, they charge you an additional $20 for every 15 minutes for three minutes of help. They’re charging $20 to help you on their computers. they are extremely racist. The manager will not help you at all when you asked for them to clean the keyboard in order for you to use it safely. They threw a bottle of Windex and paper towel at me and told me to do it.

I have to show a photo of my front door to our condo mgmt to see if it adheres to their specifications. I took a photo on my cell but had never used Staples printer to make paper copy. One young woman gave me a sheet of printed instructions. A young man whose nametag was Jovril ? noticed I was struggling & came over & gave me help cheerfully & courteously.Friday afternoon, Feb 21 Thank you for good service!
