Worst store ever run by disrespectful people will not help you if you’re not one of them and when they do help you, they charge you an additional $20 for every 15 minutes for three minutes of help. They’re charging $20 to help you on their computers. they are extremely racist. The manager will not help you at all when you asked for them to clean the keyboard in order for you to use it safely. They threw a bottle of Windex and paper towel at me and told me to do it.

BUYER BEWAREnnUpdate on May 13, 2024 — They still won't return it and now I need to go through my credit card to get my money back. I didn't notice this until later that the box has their address on it so this is actually absurd.nnI purchased a printer on May 4, 2024 from this location. When I got home, I saw that the wrong item was in the box and it was not the printer I purchased. I went back to the store the very next day and they refused to return my product that day, stating that they needed to speak to head office before they could do so. The manager at this point had the audacity to suggest I should purchase another one.nnIt was clear that one their employees put the wrong item in the box or failed to review a return properly, and rather than assisting me, they implied that I did this why would I come back the next day and show you the wrong printer if I was trying to do that… I also have no returns under my name at a staples, which they could have looked at very easily. I had to drive twice 35+ minutes to this location for them to essentially sell me the incorrect printer, refuse any accountability, treat me like a criminal, and tell me to come back the next day to possibly get this matter fixed.nnAs a small business owner, I spend a lot at staples, and I am disappointed and disgusted that I was treated like this.nnAnd I would recommend that all buyers learn from my mistake and OPEN THE BOX IN THE STORE TO CHECK THAT THEY DON’T GET SCAMMED BY THIS STORE.

FedEx had reported that they dropped off my parcel on Thursday, I went to staples FedEx on Thursday, friday and again on Tuesday. Only again, to be told by the customer service representative that it wasn’t in. The clerk decided to have a look around only after I showed her an email from fedex saying it was in fact there.nThe clerk finally admitted it was an error on their part as they didn’t write it down in the communication book. I was not impressed by this big waste of time and asked to speak to the manager.nClearly, the manager Argad did not seem to care that it was MY time to make 3 trips when it was their fault all along. Terrible customer service all across the board with staples.

Since it was busy she said I will Have to do order again and didn't give. I had to exchange binders and now they refused.nnSeriously teach this manager ethics how to talk to customers.

Yesterday Me and my mother bought the best printer we ever wanted. We were really confused which one to chose but thanks to sharn who helped us finding the one for us. He was really kind and friendly to us. It was a pleasant experience with great customer service. would definitely come back sooner.
