The Brick

This location is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They had a new salesman who wasn’t set up to succeed who knew nothing about pricing or product and wasted an hour and a half getting me applied for financing to only advise it was an extra 130.00 for financing when they supposedly gave us a great deal of a $100.00 off. I then left the site due to the poor service to only get a call back to come in and they would wave the fee and take great care of us. I then get handed to Parveen who was rude and advised that none of that would be happening after I called before the hour drive to confirm that what they offered would be happening. He didn’t want to hear the back story advised me the salesman had been let go after the situation which is in no way how it should have been handled he was new and improperly trained and their manager said absolutely not on waiving the fee after a won called me yesterday and said different.Quite simple rude, they don’t keep their promises or care to make new customers.

Great experience at The Brick South Common! Helped me find the perfect couch, not too pushy, answered all questions and very helpful! Rhea especially was a great help and friendly, would definitely recommend!

Buying stuff is easy; because the employees are on you like hot cakes. But recently I had something I purchased break. I called them. They told me to send a picture. This was a month ago. No one ever replied. Terrible.

Absolutely disgusted in this place. Long story short, I have been trying to dispute the brick credit card for 6 months with NO follow ups from them (through TD or The Brick) in regards to fixing my credit. I have called them approximately 20-30 times in the last 6 months and have been hung up on or told they can't do anything when I have provided all proof possible (receipts, proof of payment, etc). They told me their "total" back from two years ago which I paid in full within ONE WEEK of purchasing what I got on the card, and they left $1.00 owing for the last TWO YEARS... Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service from when we bought our purchase, and now two years later STILL horrible service when they will not fix their own mistakes, and I will never go back here. Oh and I should add, I attempted to call TD again today where they told me the brick card is now under a new company who did not get any information from 6 months ago that I filed for dispute and now there is nothing I can do because this new company has no information and no files under my name along with TD unwilling to help or fix this. DON'T BUY FROM HERE PEOPLE, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!!!

We entered the store as confused souls but after meeting Mr.Zeeshan things not only became crystal clear but also satisfying. An honest man with unbiased way of salesmanship. He is someone who would respect your choice rather than forcing his expensive choice on you. An amazing man with great sense customer service and very humble and polite.
