I’ve always had incredibly helpful staff members, store is nice and clean. My only complaint is the budget I set, is never followed due to things I never knew I needed in the surplus section.

I ordered a leaf blower on Black Friday and next day I got call from south side store some lady called very rudely to tell me they don’t have my leaf blower and it was a mistake and they can’t do anything about it . Rudely she will refund my money and hung up . I lost opportunity to buy one from Canadian tire same price but I decided to buy from princess auto since I had a gift card . Atleast fix your online inventory or honour your price .
