Party City

We typically get 10-20 helium balloons 7 times per year for each bday and an anniversary. This was never a problem until the past year. Balloons used to last days 4+ even over a week sometimes before they'd start to fall but the past year these things fall after a couple days max. This time, it's unexceptable. These were bought at 1pm and next morning 7am, 8 of them are on the floor, 1 is just off celing and other is half way down. For close to $50, I feel scammed. The kids like to play with them, even the adults sometimes have a bit of fun with them but guess we can't do that anymore. We'll look for another place to get them next time and literally use Party City as a last resort.

The store has surprisingly huge and ample space to explore party products such as interesting designed balloons, etc. The staff were very kind too. The prices were reasonable with their high-quality products. I guarantee their great and various party products.

Poor customer service was assisted by a rude male staff. Well maybe he was having a bad day. I proceeded to explain what I needed which was some number balloons for a birthday and asked if he could arrange them in a presentable way he said they do not do that here I accepted and waited for my balloons. He later finished up and put the balloons in the balloon bag I bought and handed them to me. I left the store and headed straight for the party on getting there I realized I wasn’t given all the balloons I paid for.

I went in to buy two halloween costumes, and one was on a peg at $39.99. It rang up $10 higher and I was told it was on the wrong peg. When I asked why they were all on the wrong peg, I got “I’m just a cashier, our policy doesn’t account for human error.” When I asked for clarification, the cashier rolled her eyes and said “that’s what my manager told me, and I’m just a cashier.” I paid and left, but I’m not happy that I paid $10 more for an item than what the price tag says. Edit: I just wanted to update this review, because Candice and manager Julia were very helpful when I had to exchange one of the costumes when they did not fit. They deserve credit for their assistance!

It was ok. The shelves were pretty bare in my opinion but I was able to get what I needed that other stores don't offer. Customer service was terrible. When I wanted to check out the lady behind the counter ignored me for about 5 minutes. I finally her if someone could help me check out so she paged someone to the counter. 2 staff came and just started talking to each other for another few minutes instead of helping me. If I didn't need the items I shopped for I would have walked out for sure.

The store was practically empty except for us. The staff was busy talking to each other behind the counter. We asked for help twice and instead of coming over to help us, they just gave out directions in the form of the aisle number. We called in a day before coming and were told they had theme party invitations available. However, upon arrival we were informed they had only frozen and a princess birthday theme invitation available. Annoyed with the attitude of the staff despite it not being even remotely busy in the store.

The customer service at my local party city is just amazing. A special thanks to Aya and Zahra for making our event extra special by their patience and help in getting a balloon bouquet inflated and arranged. Party city is the best place to get what you need for your parties/special occasions.

Party City is a shop wherein one can get each and every item needed for partying. One can get various types of balloons, decoration materials, gifts, etc. Display is also eye catching and tempting one. One can't avoid to visit entire shop. Party City has almost all things needed to serve all types of parties i.e. Birthday party, baby shower party, wedding party, etc. Has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance both.

Well the store isn't very organized and doesn't really following any sort of structure or labelling be prepared to walk through every Isle. Good selection of balloons seems to be the place for ppl who are just looking for that. Most items are on the cheaper quality and designed for single use and disposed of after... Difficult to find a staff member that isn't up front busy with balloons filling. But if you have the time and you need your basic party items this place will work for you.
