This store is a party paradise! Party City is like a treasure trove of fun, with balloons, decorations, toys, and cutlery galore!nFrom birthday bashes to themed soirees, they've got you covered! The staff is super friendly, and most of the items are of reasonable price..Some items seem overpriced as well.

Ordered balloons here for a birthday with the guarantee that they will stay inflated for 8-10 hours. Within 4 hours they were sinking and within 7 they were completely on the floor. Party had begun by the time they sank so called the next morning and was told that they wouldn't be refunded. Off the shelf decor was fine, no issues but standard of service was extremely poor.

We were disappointed in the store. It was messy but that's understandable around Halloween. There was only 2 other people in the store but we could not get help. I had to search for help 3 times because staff sent me to the wrong area and all I wanted was a plastic balb cap. Finally a young nice girl told us they didn't have any. Staff should know where the products are. I feel there should be face paint at Halloween and they had none.

We ordered our balloons online. The website is okay. Unfortunately, the day we came in to pick up, someone had already picked up our order. After 20 minutes of searching, they finally realized they had made a mistake and given our bundle away. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because they promptly got our order ready really quickly and were very kind and professional throughout the whole process.

Party City is a shop wherein one can get each and every item needed for partying. One can get various types of balloons, decoration materials, gifts, etc.nDisplay is also eye catching and tempting one. One can't avoid to visit entire shop.nParty City has almost all things needed to serve all types of parties i.e. Birthday party, baby shower party, wedding party, etc.nHas wheelchair accessible parking and entrance both.
