It's a nice place to shop, everything from home to fashion and prices are reasonable. However, I wish they had a jewelry counter the display because it painful to see them just hanging like any other accessories even those that are delicate.nBesides that, they have comparatively more footwear section like for size 6 to 7

Just went to this location to return items that I had bought and changed my mind, tags were attached and had reciept on my phone through TJX card. Janpeet treated me as though I was a criminal or didnt have a vslid reciept as the barcode wouldn't scan as I had 4 different reciepts from that day as I stop at Winners/Marshall's all the time. Janpeet finally scanned the bar code and of course it was an error on her end not mine. I shouldn't feel like I am doing something wrong as a customer who gives repeat business and if you do not want to honor returning items through online portal you shouldn't have that option. I will not be returning to this location as I cannot believe the way Janpeet behaved, she needs to be re-trained on customer service skills and on being polite.

If you are a muslim/african/indian etc. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will accuse you of stealing/Fraud. My mom who wears the hijiab was falsely accused of stealing while confronted by a bunch of low life security goofs who probably are mad the cant become EPS. This whole place is a joke and actions needs to be placed asap. Get rid of the racist lady and security guards. We will never shop there again. There are also many reviews regarding about them treating others differently.

My daughter went to the washroom, and there were two grown men in there. I complained to the manager and she said things like this happen. She didn't kick them out of the store. I'm not impressed.

Lovely store to buy everything. Cheap price. You will find things on discounted rate.
