Fantastic local brewery with amazing staff, beer, and food. A great place to bring a date, a group of friends, or just catch up on some work.nnThe bartenders, servers and managers are professional, friendly and awesome all around. The chef and kitchen staff are constantly working on the menu and improving the dishes while still delivering consistently great snacks and dinners.nnThe atmosphere is relaxed, and they have a giant sheltered, heated, and fully covered patio, in addition to indoor tables and benches for larger groups.nnIf you're not from the neighborhood, they are conveniently located a short walk from the Dundas West and Bloor GO stations, so you can just hop on public transit after having a pint. Or two. Or three.
Rediscovering Bandit Brewery after years proved to be a delightful experience. The recent renovation, transforming the once-patio into an intimate interior dining space, was a pleasant surprise. The interior, adorned with lights along the trees, created a charming ambiance. The service was noteworthy—quick, friendly, and efficient. For starters, we enjoyed the bread and olives, a decent appetizer featuring generously sized olives. The mains stole the show. My friend’s smash burger was a juicy flavour delight, while my choice of the Korean Short Ribs was nothing short of outstanding. The tenderness of the beef combined with their house sauce and kimchi resulted in a mouthwatering and delicious dish. Overall, Bandit Brewery offers a fantastic dining experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!
Enjoyed a Saturday beer session with group of 7, several IPAs on tap and the glass covered patio was very functional and aesthetic, the place was bright and staff were friendly.nnThey ran out of French fries at around 4 but staff suggested to substitute with beef battered cheese curds instead which was amazing, they tasted like Mochi fries and fried to perfection! We all had a great time and music wasn’t too loud which permitted us to catch up.
Honestly, I really enjoyed this place. We came early, around 6pm and were able to get a table no problem. The beer options are limited, but different from each other. I got a flight to try multiple! I prefer sweeter, so the sour or the mango/tropical drinks weren't my favourite, but that's a personal preference. They have a nice good IPA as well. The food was really good too! Be warned, some portions can be a lot for one or two people, depending on what you get, so make sure to ask. I 1000% recommend the cheese curds, they were amazing. Shout out to all the staff for being quick to clear empty plates and glasses, and to our server, who was so patient with us and on top of everything.
Really nice brewery at Dundas. My friends tried the tasters with some Korean cauliflower dish and a sandwich and I had a steak. The service was a bit slow coz it looked busy. Most of the beers are great, but my friends didn't finish 1-2 beers that felt a little thick in consistency.
