Great experience as a whole from dining to karaoke in a private room. The staff was all excellent and the food was delicious. Really well made cocktails and fast service. The karaoke room was perfect and the system was so easy to use. It was a little loud upstairs and the bathroom lineups were quite long throughout the night but other than that I have no real complaints. I’d definitely love to go back!

We had dinner at Bar Mordecai last night and I am already dreaming up when we can go back. The new food menu here is incredible with so many great choices, including a lot of vegetarian options. The food was interesting and full of flavour and texture. The standouts that we had were the Ontario Salata, Crudo and the Whipped Labneh & Eggplant. Our server Téa was amazing and attentive. Plus: you cannot go wrong with their Happy Hour that includes $12 featured cocktails. I seriously cannot wait to come back to eat everything that we didn't get to on this round.

Bar Mordecai is a beautiful low lit bar on the main floor with a karaoke bar in the basement. You are warmly greeted the second you walk in and if you choose to sit upstairs at the bar the team is excellent! If you get a chance, try the ice cream.nnOnce you go downstairs there are a variety of different themes for the karaoke rooms. You only get 2hrs so make sure everyone shows up on time. You have someone assigned to your room who checks in with a good frequency to make sure everyone's drinks are fresh. They also have a great food menu if you're feeling peckish between songs!nnNo matter what you come for you'll have a good time and great drinks!

Cool vibe, reasonable price, and solid happy hour deal! Service was just okay, like we were really pushed to leave our table when our time was up which was a little abrasive and the food was good but not mind blowing either. I’d say the happy hour deal is the best bet for a good time. The karaoke downstairs looked super fun though!
