Avis Car Rental

I recently rented a van to help my son move. At teh last minute the lease changed and I had to do a last minute cancellation of the van. Mr Mirzaei was very understanding. A few hours later the lease was amended and I called to see if I could have the Van. Again a positive response. On the day of the move I called to say I may be a bit late returning. Again no problem and Mr Mirzaei met me at the office 15 minutes late with a nice smile. It was a nice pleasant procedure with full professionalism. I am very pleased with thanks.

Rented here like 7 times, never had to wait for anything. The one time they did not had the car available, i got a better car without paying additional fees. Good service.

I went to this branch of AVIS after reading terrible reviews about the downtown location (Mackay Street). I remember going to that downtown AVIS long ago and not being impressed. Happy I went to this location. A quiet, clean spot. The woman was cool and totally efficient...she had my car ready (gave me a choice of two cars) so quickly I thought she must have been forgetting something. Highly recommend going here - not busy and great service.

Horrible service , they will over bill you in the insurance bills. Example rent you a car that will serpass you insurance daily limit, they are over charging on your credit card without your authorization, they are the most unhonest rental franchise that you deal with, they put Avis at shame.
