Enterprise on pie-IX: great service, nice cars always and the prices are reasonable compared to competitors.

First time I had such a bad experience with enterprise. I had to wait almost 1hour before getting my car. I asked to change with the car in front of the door, but this one was not available because of the damage on the car. But 10 minutes after, the exact same car was given to someone else. 

When I got my car, there was an odor of smoke and cigarette ash...

not a friendly representative... they dont care what you want...just try to get you out of the queue/line ASAP
