Avis Car Rental

I know Avis/Budget to be a good company, as I've rented cars there before. The price was competitive. However, at that particular branch, the employee seemed to not care much and barely gave out information or instructions unless specifically asked. I wasn't advised of the amount that will be blocked on my card as security (which turned out to be higher than I expected). The car type I reserved wasn't available and I was only offered to take a large minivan which is too large for my needs and consumes more gas. Can't drop off the car and keys after work hours, so I had to return early morning at opening time, and even 15 min after the opening time, the branch wasn't open yet! so I had to wait for a while in the car by the sidewalk ...

There were no cars when i showed up on time for my pickup. Had to wait a little but was finally lucky to get a pretty good car. Very helpful staff.

same experience as Roy Meouchi had... very bad customer service. In fact, it was the worst I ever experienced in car rentals, the women who serve me was very rude.

I've always had good experiences at all Avis's I've rented from, but this Avis location is the best. Likely, all due to the excellent operations manager that runs it: Jeffrey L. He is the best. He always hooks me up with the best rides for the best prices. Won't rent from anywhere/anyone else again.

Good prices if you book ahead of time.
