Very bad experience with them. My freind returned a car "rogue 2016" and they find a small scratch on the wheel cap. They charged him 175$ 😲. Meanwhile a brand new one at the dealership is 50$ and they don't allow him to bring them one. They charge him too mush. He never gonna do business with them anymore. He took insurance with his credit card so like most of the bad reviews here they profit to charge him to fix few things on the car.

I have been "driving" with Globe for more than a year now. They are very helpful, professional and quickly reply to any request. Their pricing is attractive, and I have never had to wait for more than 15 minutes before picking up my car. Overall a great experience which I strongly recommend.

They keep trying to sell you the bad gas deal as if it is a good one. If you rent a van they know your credit card won't cover but they won't tell you in advance. So you will end up at the counter with no choice but buy their insurance.

Horrible experience. I made a reservation for a car. Wanted to pick it up the next day. They tell me there is no such reservation. Later on, they tell me they cancelled my reservation because there are no cars available (!?). They lie to me saying they tried to contact me, but I had no missed phone calls, no emails, nothing. Avoid.

Clean Car, nice and informed staff and service. Good rates as well. I'm a long time enterprise car rental client and was pleasantly surprised at the service with Globe car and the after hours drop off options. We'll see how their VIP member service is (I'm an enterprise plus silver member).
