I had a car accident and from the moment I got the car they were so sympathetic because of my situation plus I was with my 3 month baby. They were so helpfull and friendly. They helped me with my baby and to get everything prep in the car. Enterprice in the la savane is where u should always rent your car. Amazing service and staff

UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I was charged over $1000 for a bill that I was not responsible. When I called they told me the garage did not pay for the bill so they charged me. I gave them NO authorization to withdraw this money and they did not even advise me in advance that they would do so. This is theft at its finest.  My guess was that they were looking to make commission off of the cars they've rented. I called my garage and they were just as furious as me and told me they shouldn't have charged me a penny.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! They are fraudulent and unethical.

Had a great experience with this branch! Got a really good price even though I was 21 and the guy with the glasses and beard was very helpful! Will definitely rent from this enterprise again.
