Great service. They were even open on a bank holiday which was pretty great for us and our travel plans. They have a great evening at system of cataloguing the cars when returned so picking up a rental goes nice and quick.

I have a corporate account with Discount - I rent trucks multiple times a year. They just charged me close to 1000$ for damage to the underside of a truck caused by a hand brake failure that was  broken when I rented it. We were stuck on the road as a result. It has been a year and multiple conversations explaining this and now I will take them to court and have to sue to get my money back. Believe me Discount rental trucks are dangerous and badly maintained. DO NOT RENT FROM DISCOUNT.

Admittedly i rented through europcar but they didn't honor my reservation and ended up giving me an old van for my weekend getaway.
