Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was the worst experience I have had with a car-renting agency. First, if you are not Canadian you will have to pay a lot more for the insurance of the car (nothing is included) and the overall price will increase dramatically. Second, they told you that you could simply return the car in the car park and place the keys in a box. This is what we did. Despite doing as instructed, we were charged one additional day without explanation. We have been seeking a refund for this additional charge for a month, but the only response we have received is that they had no proof that we returned the car on time. To avoid.

Very friendly, well-run business. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and upon arrival were given a multi-level free upgrade! We had an 800 mile drive ahead of us through eastern Canada, so this upgrade was much appreciated. I've always had a very good experience with Enterprise and this store was excellent. Hearing that we were headed to Halifax, we were even given some recommendations for a restaurant and an ice cream shop. We tried both and enjoyed them. Nice job, team!

Car rental agency cancelled my rental at the last minute. I suppose that's what you call a reliable service provider. Their excuse? There's a holiday weekend and we can make more money from longer term rentals. So, too bad. You don't get a car. We don't care that you made a reservation weeks ago. Thanks enterprise!
