Staff is very friendly and customer oriented.

Prices are good, gas price is actually lower than going to the gas station.

Small inconvenience, the owner should pay to get the snow removed from the parking lot.

I've rented from this location a few times and it is my preferred car rental in Montreal. Very good service and rates. Very friendly service in french or english.
