Nous avions réservé notre voiture en ligne pour un voyage de quatre jours à un prix indiqué de 203$. A notre arrivé au point de service de l'agence le jour du départ, on nous a fait savoir qu'on devait ajouter un supplément de 120$ pour l'assurance ! Lors de notre réservation, l'agence présentait cette assurance comme optionnelle, nous ne l'avions donc pas prise. Le préposé nous a alors dit que cette option était obligatoire en réalité. Il s'agit donc d'une option obligatoire... Par définition, ce n'est donc pas une option. Le préposé a aussi argumenté qu'il était écrit un tout petit dans le contrat qu'on avait pas le choix et qu'on devait obligatoirement prendre cette assurance. A aucun moment lors de notre réservation il a été question d'une telle mise en garde ! C'est honteux et malhonnête. Nous étions pressé donc nous avons accepté la voiture. Plus jamais avec Globecar.
