C'est géré n'importe comment. 
Arrivé à montreal aéroport. On me donne une voiture plus grosse et on me fait payer la différence car ils n'ont plus la catégorie que j'ai demandé.
Je re loue une voiture à greenfield park, et la veille j'appelle pour être sur et la on me dit non y a pas de voiture. Va falloir aller à avis Brossard...( donc à pied....)
J'arrive à Brossard, la voiture n'est pas de la bonne catégorie donc les valises ne rentrent pas dedans. Et le siège enfant contient des bouts de verre de vitre de voiture donc à mon avis siège accidenté.
Bref du n'importe quoi!!!!

Le gars de chez greenfield, super sympa quand même, m'explique que avis aéroport garde toutes les belles et grosses voitures pour eux... 

Voila...
