Rented a sedan for a weekend drive to Quebec City. First when we showed up: 1. The rental agency charged extra for collision damage waiver which was to our surprise not included. This is the first time after many car rentals that a car rental company includes only 3rd party coverage This adds $25/day to the cost of the rental. And on the day of the rental you are obviously under pressure to take the insurance. 2. On returning the car, Globe "found" damage to the car on the very bottom of the car bumper in a place that can only be seen by crouching down on all fours. We were charged $500 + tax for "repairs" of an inch long scratch. Globe however cannot produce proof of repair and regularly rents out damaged cars. Rent from a recognized car rental agency which is the same price
