They must be making a lot of money robbing clients this way! 
They wrongfully charged me a "vehicle abandonment fee" and I've called them 3 times to have them refund it. It has been 6 weeks and they keep claiming they will refund me and that their accounting team is "on it". 

No such thing has happened.

Otherwise staff is good. Car was as expected.

Benn hook me up with the 2017 bmw  x3 while my lincoln was getting fixed   ,i drove it for about 3 weeks ,i think im switching to german car .
A1 great service  benn was very professional  .i would recommend to anyone looking for great service

We accidentally returned car with a full tank instead of 3/8. Their staff proactively called and offered a 5/8 tank gas credit on our next rental. Fantastic service. Thanks Omar and Ben.
