It's a nice place and safe to store your valuable items.

We use them for our storage, and now are learning that the longer you are there the more they jack up your rates just because you've been there longer than 3 months. They told us they will continue increasing our price at regular 3 month intervals

Megan is extremely helpful! I am new to renting a storage facility and she's been awesome to work with. I've had pleasant interactions with the manager, and all the staff who work at this facility. The prices are way better than any other facilities I've checked out and overall great experience so far. Thanks for making it easy! Ashley.

Megan was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I went for a tour of the facility where Sonia (DM) and Megan showed me all of what Access had to offer. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Super easy to deal with them. Daniela, who I met a few days later, was also very accommodating, she has offered the same level of professionalism and service as Sonia and Megan initially treated me with. Very easy company to deal with. A+++

Good rates, clean modern facility and friendly staff. We did have a problem.: Our daughter got stuck in their elevator and rather than calling 911 when she was in distress they called their elevator service guy and it was an hour wait. Had he known she was having a panic attack with asthma brought on by claustrophobia he would have called 911 himself. We were told, by Access staff, 911 doesn't respond to elevator calls.
