They deleted the experience I shared withe their worst attitude towards customers.  They tried to give me the unsafe and broken bamper car. When I said they should change me another one they said they don't have. They tried to convince me to take it while choosing words you ate trying to be picky but this is safe car. I agreed to pay 70 + tax a day with only 200Km allowed a day and 20 cents for any additional km. When I went in to return my money and the deposit they used the language that I don't understand to try to give me another one. The insurance I had was full coverage but they tried to make me call to my company as if I have no idea about what my insurance was. It was so unfair and unsafe so disgusting and very discrimination.  I felt so bad to be treated differently as I saw a better treatment for others. I wasted my time and returned home without the car I paid. It was the worst experience I had since I have rented in about 5 other different places with better service and fair treatment.  I was told " you are a kind of people who complain" by refusing to take the car which was fixed by a tape when I saw the bamper was about to fall down. I didn't find the comment I wrote when I checked it in few hours and I will save this if they delete it. Unfair place with poor customer service... The worst ever that we should not have in our community.

SO THE East Indian dude that works her Is an absolute arrogant,  shady salesman.  I called last night for a rental do to Insurance until my vehicle gets repaired, the Woman that answered and dealt with me was kind, and told Me just go come in today and they'd have a Camry or something I could rent , and that yes they process Insurace, "No Problem!"  Great experience with her..  give her a raise!!!  NOW , Back to the Shady East Indian Man...  I called  JUST to double check about going down there, since I know rentals go very quickly...AT FIRST... he said "Insurance? Yes we have rentals"... then he asked . Where is your car getting fixed.... I told him the name of my accredited garage that's doing the work.....his  ARROGANT and rude response was " WE had body shop here, if you no use our body shop I have no rental, if u you use, then I have for you"  his whole voice and demeanor changed even before I answered him... I said forget it!!  I'll never use this place or buy anything as long as this guy works there..  SHADY, RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND ARROGANT!!

We got a rental for literally a weekend that it was mostly parked in a garage. They tried to call us days after to charge us for damage that was not in the first or second inspection because it was not there. They signed off that the car was good before and after and then wanted to try to get more money off us. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Possibly the most unprofessional company I've ever experienced. I was going to rent a car through my dealership and put a $200 deposit through my debit card on the car. I didn't end up needing the car but they said they could refund it no problem. They send me a text message saying its them and requesting a picture of my debit card. Never give anyone a picture of your debit card, imagine how many debit and visa cards the have stored in a backup on their phone and what might happen if it were lost. I asked for the refund and they told me i would have to travel from Guelph where i live all the way to Kitchener to get the refund. I wait till the weekend when i have time and drive all the way to Kitchener. I arrive and walk into the office. No one is in the office, I peek around the table and the computer is logged in with customer information displayed. I end up standing there for 10 minutes then call the company. A guy comes out of another building and says he was "going to the washroom" and that's why there was no one there. Then I ask him for the refund keep in mind they knew I was coming on Saturday. The guy has no idea how to do a refund, then he asks me if he can e-transfer the money to me. Astounded that this was possible and they asked me to travel all the way to put my card in the machine I wait. The guy comes back and says he has to give me cash, to which he comes out of a different building and hands me two crisp hundred dollar bills. Total time waster 3 hours. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE INCAPABLE OF KEEPING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR DATA SAFE.

This past weekend, when my car died, I was in urgent need of a rental car. Xtreme made themselves available and got me in a beautiful vehicle at the most affordable price. Shout out to all the folks at Xtreme, who were  so kind, accommodating and made my day easier. Highly recommend!

I had the worst every experience with this location long story short they are trying to keep my $300 after trying scam my insurance company by charging $80 a day for a crash repaired Rad4. After leaving a post on Xtreme Moters page he's asking if I can take it down as if I don't know he's the owner of both businesses. Keep the $300 its the worth of the world getting to know the real you and buy the way you are not connected to Enterprise car rental not sure how you pulled that off

If there was a no star raiting id add it, my fiance asked the man on the phone if credit card was needed as enterprise dose not he said no, she walked 45 minutes to get told she needs a credit card, wait for the big companys to open. Not worth you time or money on top of that they dont even give you options or time of day if it dosnt go there way.

I recently Rented a car for a trip to Ottawa. Anju was of great help. They made sure the car was ready the day prior. The inside was spotless as well as the outside. I had absolutly no issues. i will be renting from them again in the future and would recommend them.

It was an really great experience of taking a rental car from etreme car rental especially the service offered by Ejaz was really appreciated. Less charges compared to others rentals.

I went to rent a car. A very nice young lady was looking after me and all was good. All of a sudden this lady named “Anjou” interrupted the transaction and told me she would now look after me and that the other girl was busy and I was not the only customer. I was shocked as I was the only one in the building. She made me move out of my chair and over to her area to continue. The young girl was out getting the car ready. She then changed her mind and sent me back to the young girl to complete the transaction after she berates me and made me feel absolutely terrible and I did nothing wrong. Had not even spoke to Anjou prior. I asked the young girl what was going on. How rude was this Anjou. She replied it just happens sometimes. I told the young girl that I just hope that she doesn’t get treated like that. The next day I went to return the car and again Anjou was absolutely unacceptably rude and grotesque. Please see the video below. I had to go to the other side of their business and voice my concerns. They finally had another woman finalize my transaction and she was great also. I told the gentleman that Anjou should be removed from any sort of customer service position as I had been treated worse than I have ever been treated in my life. I will obviously never be back and felt compelled to write this review. No excuse for this by anyone to anyone. Horrifying to say the least. I have a video of the interaction but can’t seem to post it. Wish I could. If anyone knows how to do that, let me know.
