First class experience from start to finish.  Rishi, Andrew and Hannah made me feel like a celebrity from the moment I walked in the door.  Upon returning the Micros, which I would definitely request again, Andrew went beyond the call of duty and helped me through a tough situation which blew me away. Great service, specially Andrew from Victoria Street office. And all other staff was great. Vehicles were very good and I recommend this place to anyone looks to rent a car in Kitchener.

Andrew and Paul were both very professional and great to deal with and made this unfortunate process stress free.  I came here to exchange a smaller vehicle for something more appropriate for my upcoming trip.  Paul made a suggestion and Andrew went the extra step to make it happen.  Cant thank them both enough. Thanks again!

Very friendly staff. Provided a free upgrade when the car I reserved was not there with no questions asked. Would definitely rent from here again.
