Tamara, what a wonderful staff member. I had planned to drive to North Carolina for an event, At the last second, my personal vehicle was in trouble…… The quick and easy solution to this was was to go to enterprise in Kitchener to rent a vehicle that wasn’t gonna be horribly expensive and unlimited mileage…. I was pleasantly surprised with all the staff, Very accommodating, very helpful the process with seamless…. Heading up this wonderful staff was Tamara……. Excellent leader dedicated, And made the process quick efficient and helpful from beginning to end I was very satisfied..

Very poor service, the car I was provided with was not maintained, not clean, they were not ready to listen or talk due the the rush. My reservation was for a Audi Q5 and I was told over call. There was one one person on counter making it really unprofessional.nnI was provided with a BMW X3 which was not cleaned. I tried calling the location no one picked up.. there is a major problem in the car where the speed on the speedometer is not working right showing different speed in comparison to what i see on my phone.nnThis is not my first time renting a car and there are better car rentals out there..nnPlease dont specifically use enterprise rent a car.nnTHEIR CARS ARE NOT SAFE AND SERVICE IS VERY BADnnLOCATION 2959 King St E kitchener

My car was rear ended and I needed a rental while waiting for repair. Enterprise was recommended by my insurance company and they were pleasant to deal with. I was picked up at the repair shop and driven to enterprise to pick up my rental. Everything went smoothly and no issues. The only issue I had, and I feel really bad saying this, but the employee sent to pick me up had a very strong bad body odor. I don’t remember his name but he said he was from India. Thank god it was a short drive to enterprise. While he was sitting beside me trying to explain the contract etc. I could not concentrate, because I was trying not to throw up. I just don’t appreciate that I had to spend 10 minutes airing out my rental vehicle to get rid of that smell. Please talk to your employees about good hygiene!  Other than that everything was great. Thank you.

My one-day car rental experience with Enterprise was excellent. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff was friendly and professional. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. Pick-up and drop-off were quick and convenient, making the entire process stress-free. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely choose Enterprise again in the future.

Had to rent for a longer term 8 weeks and Enterprise made it a great experience throughout the entire duration. They were kind and patient with me and had great communication. They ended up selling the car I was in after about 3 weeks of renting so when I went to go swap out vehicles, they upgraded me for free for the inconvenience - that's what I call exceptional customer service. Will definitely rent from them again.
