Always get a way better car than my own. Very friendly, will treat you very respectfully and professionally, but also very keen to pick up on individual personalities and adapt. The gentleman who picked me up from the collision centre and rented me out a car was so funny and totally picked up on my sense of humour. He also provided impeccable service and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Left the lot smiling and feeling confident that day. Always go with Enterprise!

Had to rent a car at the very end of the day before they closed, and still managed to get a vehicle (albeit a less than desirable Sentra). The desk staff are friendly and efficient. The car was in good working order, very clean, and did the job. The entire experience was painless and simple. They offer pickup and drop-off services if you need it.

Got a speeding ticket which obviously was my fault. Also got a ticket for not having up to date insurance. Enterprise took car of the ticket without question. Made a mistake which all companies do but was great to deal with after the fact. Overall friendly and good customer service

Rented a car for 2 weeks . They  wouldn't drive me home to new hamburg from kitchener  . Appartly to Far to drive 15mins.  They will go anywhere in kitchener with all the lights can take longer. This makes no sense of course tells me after the fact
